Beloved Texas grocery chain H-E-B is set to give a $20 million renovation to its longtime Tomball Parkway grocery store, which will evolve the store to meet current standards and community needs.
The H-E-B at 28520 Tomball Parkway won’t be torn down. Instead, the existing store will be expanded and renovated, meeting a need the community has shared loud and clear. When Tomball solicited feedback for its comprehensive-plan update in January 2024, one of the community requests was for a larger HEB.
The Tomball comprehensive plan is an initiative aimed to enhance residents’ quality of life, support economic development, and help the City maintain its character.
