TULSA, Okla. – Road construction along Pine Street and Mingo Road is creating major challenges for some nearby businesses, with owners saying changes to traffic flow are making it difficult for customers to reach them.
Business owners say they support improvements to Tulsa’s roads but are concerned about the economic impact of the current traffic configuration. Some businesses report losing between 50% and 80% of their business since construction began Sept. 15.
