Tulsa Housing Authority opens second phase of 36N housing development
TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Housing Authority is opening The Landing @ 36N on Tuesday, Sept. 29, the second phase of its $210+ million mixed-income housing development in North Tulsa, adding 70 new units and 3,200 square feet of commercial space to the neighborhood.
The Landing is one of seven planned phases in the 36N development, which will eventually deliver 545 mixed-income housing units and commercial space across the north Tulsa community. The total investment in Phase II is $30.35 million.
What The Landing @ 36N includes
