TULSA, Okla. — The City of Tulsa is continuing its legal fight to stop a butane transloading operation near downtown, arguing the facility violates the city’s zoning code.
The city filed a lawsuit in Tulsa County District Court in April 2024 against South Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad (SKOL) and Centennial Energy, LLC.
