ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man from Rochester has been arrested for the fifth time this year — he is now facing weapon charges.
Around 10 p.m. Monday, Rochester police officers saw 20-year-old Juelz Nelson in the back of a parked car on Mazda Street. Officers said they recognized him from prior arrests and knew he had bench warrants.
Nelson allegedly tried to run away, but officers were able to arrest him. They said they found a loaded ghost gun in his waistband. He was taken to the Monroe County Jail and was charged with second-and-third degree criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest…
