A new housing development bringing luxury townhomes to Lenexa’s City Center has hit the market.
The Residences at North Village, located on Penrose Lane just north of West 87th Street, is planned to feature 61 two- and three-bedroom townhomes.
Taner Neighbors of Keller Williams Realty Partners said 10 lots are now available for reservation, starting at $925,000.
