OWASSO, Okla. – The City of Owasso said Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) has confirmed the source of a smell many individuals have reported noticing in the local area.
Initially, crews with the Owasso Fire Department began investigating to try and find the source of a possible gas leak.
