Churchville-Chili investigating TikTok page with ‘inappropriate content’ targeting school members

CHURCHVILLE, N.Y. — The Churchville-Chili Central School District is investigating after a TikTok page shared “derogatory and inappropriate imagery” and content targeting school community members.

A letter from Superintendent Dr. Carmine Peluso says the district is working with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and has contacted TikTok to try to remove the page. News10NBC sees that the page has been removed.

Peluso’s letter asks anyone with information about the account to reach out to the middle school office. The letter also says that any students found responsible for creating the account will face disciplinary consequences. Here’s the superintendent’s message to families:…
