JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Mississippi Air National Guard reached a recruiting milestone this fiscal year. A ceremony recognized Tech Sgt. Michael Evans, who recruited more than 100 new members.
“It made me feel great, because I have the opportunity to give back,” Evans said.

Airmen, senior leaders and their families gathered to recognize Evans’ achievement at the Air National Guard base in Jackson. Six new airmen took their oath during the event, joining the 172nd Airlift Wing.
