WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – With heavy rainfall expected across Wichita on Thursday, many people are concerned about Bleckley Drive, a road between Kellogg and Central Avenue.
Bleckley Drive has received heavy flooding before. The city is in the process of fixing the sewer system, but ahead of Thursday’s storms, city officials are advising people to avoid the road if possible.
