Catherine Kuo, MD, joins Northeast Georgia Physicians Group
Buford – Halfway through medical school, Catherine Kuo, MD, spent several weeks leading primary care outreach clinics in Africa. It was an experience that reshaped how she thinks about the responsibility that comes with being a physician, and she’s bringing that mindset with her as she joins Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Buford.
“I learned, and love, that no two days look the same in family medicine,” Dr. Kuo said. “One patient might need help managing a chronic illness, and the next is a kid coming in for a check-up. Getting to care for people at every stage of life is what drew me to this specialty in the first place.”…
