(WFRV) – Officials in Brown County provided a statement on public tattooing after a video was making its way across social media.
Brown County Public Health released a statement following a viral video that reportedly showed someone tattooing near gas pumps at a Kwik Trip in the area. Officials did say they are aware of the video and wanted to remind the public of laws regarding tattooing.

Wisconsin law and Brown County ordinances do not allow tattooing outside of a properly licensed and regulated establishment, the statement said.
