A crash closed both westbound lanes of Interstate 10 near Graytown Road on the far East Side Friday morning as storms and flooding hit San Antonio.
The crash happened around 9:45 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation. As of 1:30 p.m., both westbound lanes had reopened.
