EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) — A crash on Highway 24 westbound is causing a massive backup near Manitou Springs.
According to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), a crash between Waldo Canyon and Pikes Peak Highway has shut down the right lane of westbound Highway 24.
