SANTA BARBARA, CA — Santa Barbara police said 19-year-old Emily Suarez, who had been reported missing Friday afternoon, has been found. Officers had identified Suarez as an at-risk woman when they asked for the public’s help in locating her.
Police said Suarez was last seen at about 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Authorities later announced that she had been found, closing out the search after the initial missing-person alert.
