DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A fully involved structure fire burned the former Gold Rush Jewelers building on Salem Avenue on Saturday morning.
According to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, the fire was called in at approximately 7 a.m. in the 4000 block of Salem Avenue.
2 NEWS was on the scene of the fire; we saw heavy smoke and fire coming from the second floor of the building. Half of the roof had previously collapsed.
