A Detroit man is facing charges after he allegedly struck a man with a van, killing him, over a refund at a Warren flea market.
Zarick Lamont Johnson was charged with first-degree murder, assault or assault and battery, and a felony charge involving the commission of an offense with a motor vehicle.
