IRVINE, Calif. – A routine stolen bicycle investigation by the Irvine Police Department quickly escalated into a more serious narcotics case after officers recovered a stolen bike and allegedly discovered drugs, cash, and sales-related evidence on Raul Alvarezrodriguez, 19, of Garden Grove.
