Food Lion is set to open its 29th location in southeast Charlotte where one grocer shut down just six months ago.
The Salisbury-based grocery chain will open its doors at 5706 Wyalong Drive on Oct. 7 in the former Harris Teeter location, The Charlotte Observer reported.
