A software glitch caused confusion for City of Maryville utilities customers Monday after some informational mailers were sent out addressed to the wrong residents.
“We’ve had quite a few calls about this,” said City Finance Director Sherri Phillips in a phone interview Monday afternoon. “It was an error on the mail merge side of things that is being fixed. There’s no cause for concern about personal financial information being leaked.”
