Honeoye Falls, N.Y. — A proposed development that could bring more than 400 new homes and apartments to Honeoye Falls drew a crowd of residents to a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting Monday night.
The proposed Copperfield development calls for 242 single-family homes and a multifamily site with 170 apartments on roughly 178 acres of land near Quaker Meetinghouse Road, East Street, Hyde Park and Chase Meadow Trail.
