SCHENECTADY COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Multiple properties throughout Schenectady County are up for auction. The auction is taking place online.
The properties consist of single family, two-family, auto body, rural, residential, and industrial vacant land.

“Our priority is to put these properties back into use and return them to the tax rolls,” Schenectady County Legislature Chair Gary Hughes said. “That brings new investment to thesesites, strengthens our neighborhoods and helps support the services our communities rely on.”
The auction will end at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 23. Contract signing will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 4-5…
