JACKSON — Mississippi veterans were honored Monday with a special patriotic breakfast at the Mississippi Veterans Home in Jackson ahead of the opening of the Mississippi State Fair.
The Mississippi Egg Marketing Board partnered with the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce to provide and serve the breakfast Oct. 5. Cal-Maine Foods provided the eggs for the meal.
