Grand Haven Development Project to Get Financial Boost From Lansing

LANSING, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 9, 2026) – Converting a vacant building in downtown Grand Haven into a mixed-use development is getting a financial boost from Lansing.

On Thursday, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation announced that a $390,000 Michigan Community Revitalization Program performance-based grant will go towards rehabilitating the site at 123 Washington Avenue into commercial space on the ground floor, along with three two-bedroom apartments on the second floor, and a shared rooftop patio space.
