An official is once again trying to dispel a longstanding myth about ponds in The Villages.
Trey Arnett of Vikus Water, which has served as The Villages’ primary water resource engineer since 2007, offered a presentation on the stormwater basins and water systems this past week before the Community Development District 7 Board of Supervisors at SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center.
