An Orlando law firm representing an Ocala woman in a trip-and-fall lawsuit against Silver Springs State Park operators has filed a motion to withdraw from the case, citing irreconcilable differences.
Attorneys representing Elizabeth Palmer filed a motion to withdraw as counsel in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on Tuesday, September 22. In the filing, Palmer’s former representation say they can no longer effectively represent Palmer.
