BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Housing Authoirty of the City of Bossier City will start accepting online applications for one-bedroom public housing units reserved for elderly residents starting Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026.
The application window opens at 8:30 a.m. CST and closes at 4:30 p.m. CST Friday, Oct. 23. Officials say only applicants age 62 or older are eligible for the units, which fall under the agency’s Low-Income Public Housing for the Elderly program.
To complete the process, applicants need a valid email address, a valid mailing address, total household income, and the same Social Security numbers and dates of birth for every household member listed…
