CENTRAL POINT, Ore. – A 74-year-old woman fell 20 feet into a well while helping her neighbor insulate pipes ahead of winter.
The woman was working inside a well house when the flooring gave out. She plunged into standing water about 12 feet deep and was stranded in the dark for two hours.
“She fell through the floor, and she’s about maybe ten feet down,” a caller told dispatchers…
