Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept, will open its newest Georgia location in Canton’s Hickory Flat community on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. Located at 6391 Hickory Flat Highway, the restaurant will be led by General Manager Cindy Elliot and will celebrate its grand opening with four days of giveaways, including free chicken salad for a year for the first 100 guests.
The Hickory Flat restaurant will serve made-from-scratch, Southern-style chicken salad in more than a dozen original flavors, along with soups, sides, sandwiches and desserts.
