SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) – Baystate Health has completed its acquisition of Mercy Medical Center.
In addition to the newly named Baystate Mercy Hospital on Carew Street in Springfield, Baystate has acquired Mercy’s joint venture affiliates, and 45 medical group entities from Trinity Health Of New England.
Trinity will still own and operate Brightside for Families and Children and continue to own continuing care services including Mercy LIFE, Mary’s Meadow at Providence Place, Beaven Kelly Home, and Saint Luke’s Home…
