ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Police have arrested three men after they say one of them shot at an officer overnight in northeast Albuquerque.
According to police, an APD sergeant witnessed a passenger of a black sedan fire several rounds out of a window as it traveled on Eubank around 1:30 Saturday morning.
The sergeant followed the car, but when the sedan came to a red light, the passenger of the vehicle pointed a gun at the officer and fired at least one round in his direction.

The car took off down I-40, where it eventually came to a stop near the Wyoming exit. The sergeant was not hit, and no one was reported injured. Bullet casings were found in the area of the shootings.
