SOUTHPORT, N.C. (WECT) – A Brunswick County court has ordered Southport Alderman Robert Carroll to surrender his driver’s license following a state crime lab blood test.
The test, obtained through court records, showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.21, which is nearly three times North Carolina’s legal limit of .08.
