SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department said a person was charged for his involvement in an incident at a Women’s Day Rally on March 8.
The police department said the driver of a black Dodge Ram pickup truck was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. New York State defines disorderly conduct as acting in a manner that is an inconvenience or annoyance to the public.
The state law also defines it as a person who, “Without lawful authority, disturbs any lawful assembly or meeting of persons.”…
