DENVER (KDVR) — A Colorado family is suing the Urban Air Adventure Park in Denver after their 7-year-old daughter fell 20 feet and broke her spine. They claim employees didn’t properly secure the girl in a harness.
“This is like a lifetime, lifelong injury that Urban Air does not care about because we signed a waiver,” Alyssa Lopez said.
