JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson Police Department has charged 19-year-old Zavon Luckett Jr. with reckless homicide in connection with the shooting death of Devin Parker Jr., a student from Memphis.
On Saturday, March 28, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Jackson Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at Williamson Hall on the campus of Lane College.
