The end of the road is coming soon for Solly & Jude’s.
The sandwich shop at 400 S. Emporia opened in 2023. Hopes were high given the proximity to Intrust Bank Arena and the food was fantastic. Even being featured on my local food bloggers pages and two appearances on the ICT 100 list in 2024 and 2025.
Sandwiches, cocktails, hot dogs, an extensive menu of tots all filled the menu and impressed many foodies along with the beer and cocktails…
