Wichita tattoo shop raises thousands for abuse survivors

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A local tattoo shop is turning ink into impact, raising thousands of dollars for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Addictions in Ink hosted its second annual Tattoos for Change event on Saturday, attracting a line of eager patrons hours before the doors even opened.

“I got here at 8:15 a.m. this morning, and there was already 15 people ahead of me,” said Jordan Martin, an organizer for the event. “By 9 o’clock, the line was already to the very end of the building.”…
