Woman accused of stealing more than $87,000 from HOA

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman was charged after being accused of stealing more than $87,000 from a neighborhood homeowners association.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), members of the Tiffany Community Association reported that more than $87,000 was discovered missing inside the association’s bank account. Police say Denisce Williams, 71, served as the organization’s treasurer and had access to the bank account.

Police said bank statements showed that numerous withdraws were made from the account at River City Casino between April 1, 2024, and July 1, 2025.
