Nashville police chief says he doesn’t believe some of ICE’s ethics, tactics ‘are appropriate’ as courthouse arrests spark fear

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at Middle Tennessee courthouses have sparked fear in Hispanic communities.

During Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s weekly roundtable meeting, Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake was asked how families can feel safe if they need to go to court in Davidson County.
