Kentucky Oaks moves to primetime — and Louisville restaurants say they’ll pay the price

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — With less than a month to go before the 152nd running of the Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs, some Louisville restaurants and chefs are voicing concerns about a major change to this year’s race.
