WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A house fire Friday morning in Sumner County caused at least $70,000 in damage.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. in Riverdale, an unincorporated neighborhood located along U.S. 81, about 9 miles north of Wellington.
The Wellington Fire Department said crews found heavy smoke coming from a home in the 500 block of East 76th Avenue North.
