The City of Clarksville moved closer to providing affordable housing for seniors after the Clarksville City Council approved the first reading of a resolution on April 6.
During a special session, the Clarksville City Council passed the first reading of a resolution that would allow the city to enter a 75-year ground lease agreement to develop affordable senior housing at the Frosty Morn property with a 10-2 vote.
