A lifelong car fanatic, Pichel began detailing when he was 15 and now takes care of some of the most luxurious cars and SUVs in the area, but a frequent source of frustration was that the towels he used to dry them off would often leave streaks behind.
“Some pushed water around, some left streaks and some just didn’t feel safe on paint,” he said. “After detailing thousands of vehicles, you start to realize how important that final step really is.”
