Samuel Reyes, 49, is facing multiple charges following two separate incidents in Lancaster, according to Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
In the first incident, Reyes allegedly approached a victim on foot while holding a knife in the area of North Shippen Street on Thursday, April 3. He then assaulted the victim, causing a knife wound to the face and lip area, police said.
In the second incident, which happened on Sunday, April 6 near West Orange and Arch streets, Reyes allegedly confronted a man and woman, accusing them of stealing. He then used the male victim’s crutch to strike him, hit his head on the sidewalk, cut him with a knife, and bit his face, according to police.
