(FOX40.COM) — The San Joaquin Asparagus Festival will return to Stockton later this month, bringing three days of food, entertainment and family activities.
The 40th annual festival is scheduled for April 24-26 at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds, located at 1658 South Airport Way. Organizers stated that the event will feature a mix of live music, carnival rides, vendor booths and a wide variety of asparagus-themed dishes.
According to the website, festival hours are set for 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with extended carnival hours into the evening, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Admission costs $15 for adults, $10 for children, seniors and military members, while children 5 and under are admitted free…
