OKATIE, S.C. (WSAV) — “Dreams Under the Serengeti” is the theme for Bluffton-based Libraries for Kids International‘s 5th Annual World Book Day.

Based in Bluffton, Libraries for Kids International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving literacy and education for children in rural areas of Africa.
