AVONDALE, PA — Pennsylvania State Police in Avondale reported a series of incidents across Chester County from mid-March through Sunday, including multiple DUI arrests, theft and fraud investigations, a fleeing case, a pedestrian crash, and a death investigation, according to police records.
Police reported that the most recent incident occurred Sunday at approximately 4:56 a.m., when troopers conducted a traffic stop on Ellicott Road in New Garden Township. According to investigators, a 27-year-old man from Newark, Delaware, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after the stop.
Earlier, on Friday at approximately 4:34 a.m., state police investigated a two-vehicle crash at North 3rd Street and Commons Drive in Lower Oxford Township.
