Officials in Ramsey County are investigating an incident involving federal agents who are accused of kidnapping, burglary, and false imprisonment.
Ramsey County Attorney John Choi and Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher are scheduled to announce the investigation during a press conference at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
