OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Authorities arrested a man after a traffic stop turned into a foot chase through an Omaha neighborhood Monday morning.
Nebraska State Patrol troopers pulled over a red pickup around 7:30 a.m. Monday along Highway 75 at H Street.
