Will Rogers High School lifts lockdown after credible threat leads

TULSA, Okla. – Will Rogers High School in Tulsa is now on secure status after going on lockdown Monday morning while police investigated a reported threat.

The Tulsa Police Department confirmed the lockdown after a credible threat, but confirmed that no violent acts have been committed at the school. Tulsa Public Schools said nearby Hoover Elementary was also on lockdown.

Secure status is is where students and staff remain inside the school with doors locked, but normal activities continue within the school building…
